Element Group is a real estate investment and development company, born from the solid experience and proven track records of its owner, Ionut Dumitrescu – former main shareholder of Eurisko Consulting.
Eurisko Consulting was established in 1997 and in 10 years grew to become the most important local brokerage & consultancy company, successfully sold at the beginning of 2008 to CB Richard Ellis, the global leader in real estate services.
After selling Eurisko, Dumitrescu focused on growing Element Group, which is today one of the most active local real estate developers, with a remarkable track record and pipeline projects in three different sectors of the market: office, retail and logistics. Our company is a shareholder in the One Office projects, Eli Parks logistic developments and Bistrita Retail Park.

Ionut DUMITRESCU
Founder
Mr. Dumitrescu is one of the most known local real estate investors on the Romanian market. A pioneer in this industry, Ionut launched in 1997 a local consulting & brokerage company that reached in ten years to an annual revenue of 14 million EUR with a total of 160 employees.
Eurikso was sold to CB Richard Ellis in February 2008 for 35 million USD. Ionut was also one of the founders of Building Support Services, a company that became the largest property & facility management firm in Romania.
In 2006, he sold his shares to a consortium of international investors. After the two exists, he founded Element Development, a real estate investment and development company, focused on commercial & residential real estate opportunities in Romania.
Ana GANEA
Head of Operations & Accounts Payable Manager
Ms. Ganea, a graduate of Bucharest University, is an experienced Director of Operations with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry.
Ms. Ganea has been a member of Element Development’s team beginning with 2008, ensuring business growth through directing and managing business operations activities to make sure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
As Head of Operations of Element Development, Ana Ganea is in charge of planning, directing and managing the performance of the company’s operations, as dictated by the overall strategy agreed by the shareholders, to maintaining and developing business growth in accordance with the agreed business strategy.
Diana NANU
Strategic Advisor
After she was a business lawyer for 20 years, out of which 11 spent in CBRE, Diana Nanu chose in 2019 to join the team of Element Group as Strategic Advisor, choosing the projects in which the legal component decreased, while business became dominant.
Diana is involved in all the projects of the company be it retail (Bistrita Retail Park), logistic parks (Eli Parks & Eli Xpress) or office (One Office portfolio).
A graduate of Law University in Bucharest, Diana is also a member of the Board RICS Romania.
Alexandra POPA
CFO
For almost a decade, Alexandra Popa held the position of Senior Relationship Manager in the Real Estate division of the Romanian Commercial Bank (BCR).
Starting with 2019, she joined the Element Group team as Financing & Investment Manager and now is the company’s CFO.
A graduate of a Master in European Public Governance at the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE), Alexandra is now responsible for managing the financial actions of the Group, including also identifying and securing the financing sources for development for each project. She is handling everything related to cash flow and financial planning for the Group.
Alin ANDREESCU
Head of Asset Management
After more than 12 years as Technical Manager and 7 years as Executive Manager in a successful Romanian company with a wide area of strategic real estate property activities, Alin Andreescu chose to join Element Group team at the beginning of 2019 as Development Director.
Alin was involved from the first stages Eli Parks and Eli Parks Express development and became the Head of Asset Management for the entire company portfolio.
