Element Industrial has officially launched the first phase of Eli Park 1 last night during an exclusive event at the premises, in Buftea Chitila.
The business cocktail gathered around 150 business executives: real estate consultants, investors, bankers, and company’s partners.
The mayor of Buftea, Mr. Gheorghe Pistol, cut the ribbon together with Muler Onofrei, CEO of Element Industrial and several representatives of Arctic, the tenant of the 20,000 sqm warehouse at Eli Park 1.
On this occasion, the company announced an ambitious plan to reach the top 5 logistic developers on the Romanian market within the next three years. The developer is working on two new parks in Bucharest, in Craiova ELI PARK 4 is in permitting stage, and signs of progress are made with ELI PARK 5 in Targoviste and ELI PARK 6 in Timisoara, a total pipeline of 300,000 sqm of class A logistic spaces, for the following three years.
