Recognizing the importance of Southeastern Europe’s property markets, EuropaProperty was proud to host the 15th annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala last night ONLINE. The live event was simultaneously broadcast, using the latest digital technology, via the Zoom and YouTube platforms. In this way, guaranteeing that the show must go on and the top-performing companies from the SEE region could still be recognized for their phenomenal achievements in commercial real estate.
Element Industrial won the Industrial Project of the Year for Eli Park 1, the project developed in the logistic hub from Buftea Chitila. The first phase, 20,000 sqm was finalized last year, being occupied by Arctic. The second phase another 30,000 sqm is to be delivered this summer with tenants such as Paste Baneasa or Dentotal moving here to their storage facilities.
